Our commitment
UNIT GAMES follows Brazil's Digital Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law 15.211/2025) and the Statute of Children and Adolescents. Each game states its minimum age in its own Terms.
Age in MU Unit
MU Unit is currently intended for adults aged 18 or over, as stated in the game's Terms. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we suspend it and delete the data the law does not require us to keep.
Zero tolerance
It is forbidden to publish, transmit, request or share any sexual content involving children or adolescents, or to groom them by any means. The account is closed and the case is reported to the authorities.
How to report
- In the game: use the in-game report or open a support ticket.
- By email: write to info@unitgames.com.br with the subject "Child safety", with whatever you can share (character name, link, date).
- Outside our channels: in Brazil, report to SaferNet Brasil or Disque 100. In other countries, contact your local authority. In immediate danger, call the police.
Do not download, keep or forward abuse images, not even as evidence. Send only the link or a description.
Parents and guardians
Parents and guardians may ask suporte@muunit.com or info@unitgames.com.br to delete a minor's data and refund the contributions they made, with proof of the relationship.
How we act
The team reviews reports, may suspend the account immediately while investigating, and preserves what the law requires for the authorities.
